Pet policy: No breed restrictions, up to two pets per household — dogs, cats, aquariums (10 gal. or less), and other small caged animals. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply; call (515) 644-5461 for current amounts. There's an on-site pet wash station.

Fees & screening: $60 application fee, $350 security deposit. Household income at least 3x rent, minimum credit score 625, positive rental and criminal history required.

Utilities: water, sewer, and trash are billed back at a flat fee based on unit size, on top of rent. Residents set up their own electricity, gas (MidAmerican Energy), cable, and internet.
